Biography
Dr. Ann M. Williams was formlly educated at Wilkes, Marywood and Temple Universities in the fields of psychology and adult education. She is a psychologist, educator and photographer. Initially, she worked in the mental health field and then spent the majority of her career in higher education, both in the classroom and in administration. Her career as an educator culminated with serving as chancellor of Penn State Lehigh Valley for fifteen years.
After 40 years, she has now retired from the field of higher education and transitioned to her original love of landscape photography.
Dr. Williams is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania and currently resides in Allentown, Pennsylvania
